Welcome to our knife sharpening company, located near Danforth and Donlands at 107 Strathmore Blvd, just a 1-minute walk from Donlands subway station. We are passionate about keeping your knives sharp and in top condition, and we know that a sharp knife is an essential tool in any kitchen.

Our company was founded with a simple mission: to provide the best knife sharpening services to our customers. With years of experience in the industry, we have developed a deep understanding of the art and science of sharpening knives. We use only the highest quality sharpening tools and techniques to ensure that your knives are sharpened to the perfect edge every time.

Our professional-grade equipment includes an advanced low-speed grinder and custom belts that allow us to achieve precise and consistent results. We work with all types of knives, including chef’s knives, serrated knives, Japanese knives, and more. Whether you have a single knife that needs to be sharpened or an entire set, we have the tools and expertise to get the job done.

There is lots of free street parking available for your convenience. Knives can be dropped off by appointment and are usually ready for pickup on the same day, or if you prefer, we can sharpen them while you wait – it usually takes about 1 minute per knife. place into a bag with your name and number on or in it. We will provide drop off and
payment instructions.

Japanese knives are $15/ea, non-japanese $10/ea, serrated and bread, $13. Scissors $20. Full price list here Price

If you wait for your appointment, it will take approximately 1 to 2 min per knife. If you use the lock-drop off, items usually ready within a few hours.

We are conveniently located at 107 Strathmore Blvd in East York, Toronto. Lots of street parking and nearby TTC Donlands Subway station

Cash, Credit, Debit, and Etransfer are all accepted

We use a custom designed belt grinder and ceramic sharpening belts.
We only offer machine based sharpening, but have extensive experience with Japanese knives. Rest assured you will have a wonderfully sharp edge with no damage to your knife
Generally speaking, when the item is no longer cutting to your satisfaction, then please come see us. For most people this is once or twice annually
